Eligibility

  • Primary Applicant must be over the age of 21. 

  • All prospective occupants over the age of 18 must submit an application.

  • Applicants must have a minimum of (6) months of continuous employment at their current job.

  • All applicants are required to undergo a comprehensive credit and background check. There is a fee associated with this process, which will only be charged if the information provided by the applicant is sufficient.

Income Requirements

  • Household income must be at least 3 times the monthly rent for the property. No exceptions. 

  • Income must be verifiable, reliable, and predictable. Temporary jobs or unemployment income will not be considered.

  • Applicants must provide proof of income, which includes (8) most recent pay stubs if paid weekly or (4) if paid bi-weekly.

Rental History

  • Applicants must provide a housing history with landlord contact information.

  • Failure to provide legitimate landlord contact information will result in the denial of your application.

  • A history of frequent late payments, rules to vacate, and/or evictions will result in denial.

We conduct a comprehensive and equitable evaluation of each application, each being evaluated in the context of all submissions, the selection process is not conducted on a first-come, first-served basis.
